All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with the original packaging.
For defective or damaged products, please dispute the transaction within 24 hours of receiving it through the app to allow our team to investigate.
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging, and instead of releasing the payment, raise a dispute within the app. Once the dispute is inspected; Nogodi’s team will contact you for further details.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow us up to 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your refund.
Once a purchase request is accepted by the seller, in case of a refund/dispute request, only the product amount will be returned and not the service fees—due to the service being provided after accepting the request.
Encase of Cancellation of the request before the buyer’s acceptation of the request, the full paid amount including service fees are refunded.
